Every kit ships with an FDA-cleared, puncture-resistant container and a prepaid label both ways — you fill it, seal it, and drop it in the mail. We destroy the contents at our DEA-registered facility and send back a Certificate of Destruction. No pickups, no route fees, no contract.

What size sharps kit do I need?
The 1-quart suits a home user or very low-volume office; 2–9 gallon fits most clinics; 18–28 gallon suits higher-volume or multi-provider sites. If you're unsure, start smaller — you can reorder anytime.
