Frequently Asked Questions
Is Medication Disposal Kit DEA-compliant?
Yes. Easy Rx Cycle is a fully DEA-registered reverse distributor authorized to manage and destroy controlled substances in accordance with federal law. Each kit includes:

Once the kit is returned and processed at a licensed destruction facility, your facility receives full documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

-
Quarterly
With autoship, you’ll receive:

This is especially helpful for long-term care facilities, hospitals, and pharmacy chains where consistent waste volume requires proactive compliance support.
How do I get my Certificate of Destruction?
Once your filled Secure™ Drug Disposal Kit is returned using the prepaid mail-back label, our licensed destruction partner will process the contents and issue a Certificate of Destruction (CoD). This document is delivered via email within 7–10 business days of receipt and serves as proof of compliant disposal for your records. Multi-site organizations can view and download all certificates from the centralized admin dashboard for easy audit preparation.
Is return shipping really included?
Yes — every kit includes a prepaid return mailer via USPS or UPS, depending on your facility type and shipping address. The cost of return shipping, destruction, documentation, and regulatory compliance support is fully built into the kit price. There are no hidden fees, fuel surcharges, or disposal costs after purchase.
